In the middle of the vibrant heart of the old town you will find Café Sallys. A small family-run oasis run by Anne Sofia Göte Madsen.
Café Sallys is driven by a passion for creating unforgettable experiences for visitors. Treating both locals and tourists with delicious, simple gastronomy and an authentic atmosphere.
Located in the old bakery premises in the middle of Ribe’s historic town centre, Café Sallys is a collection of charm and history. In addition to the café, the premises also house a Bed & Breakfast with four rooms above the café.
Anne Sofia is not just the owner, she is the hostess, the cook and the storyteller. Her goal is clear: To welcome our guests in the best possible way and give them an authentic taste experience and a glimpse of Denmark’s oldest city, Ribe. Café Sallys is not just a café; it is a project of the heart that strives to create memories and smiles for everyone who walks through the door.

You can park for free in Ribe city center for two hours at a time - for long-term parking we refer to Ribe Parkering Syd, Ribe Parkering Nord or Ribe Parkering East - all places with 48 hours of free parking.
Monday-Saturday 9-17.30 (the kitchen closes at 17.00)
Sunday 9-15 (the kitchen closes at 14.30)
